Satisfaction Guarantee

All Code Poets projects include a money back guarantee. If you find the completed project does not meet your business needs based on agreed requirements specifications, you will receive a full refund minus direct development costs^†.

Any requests for refund must be received by snail mail or facsimile within 30 days of receiving your final invoice. You will receive confirmation of your request. No refunds will be provided after 30 days of you receiving your invoice. Refund requests by telephone or informal e-mail will not be accepted.

Upon receiving a request for refund, Code Poets, at no extra cost to you, has 30 days to work with you to identify the problems and make amends to the project in dispute. If you do not provide Code Poets this opportunity, your refund will not be honoured. If Code Poets cannot resolve the issue to match your business needs based on agreed requirements specifications within those 30 days, your refund will be unconditionally honoured.

Please allow 10 business days for refunds of cheque or money order payments.
